Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are strictly limited to cases involving the following issues:

  • Damaged products upon arrival.

  • Defective items that do not function as intended.

  • Incorrect products received (wrong size, color, or model).

2. Reporting Requirements

To initiate a claim, please ensure you meet the following criteria:

  • Timeline: Requests for return or replacement  must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Evidence: You must provide clear images or videos of the product and its packaging to verify the issue.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Opened or used products.

  • Items returned without original packaging, tags, or seals.

  • Orders purchased during special discount or clearance sales.

4. Processing Timeline

Once your return request is inspected and approved:

  • Method: The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

  • Duration: refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original source of payment method.

  • replacement /exchanged products will be delivered within 2-3 days.
